THE AFRICA-CHINA REPORTING PROJECT (ACRP)

  • Based at the Wits Centre for Journalism at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg, South Africa; operational since 2009.

  • Aim to improve the quality of reporting on African & Africa-China issues by providing facilitation and capacity building for journalists

  • Offers reporting grants, skills training workshops, reporting resources and other opportunities to journalists and researchers

  • Amplify Africa’s perspectives to enhance its development
