Parents/Guardians,
CANTER understands life is busy and appreciates your time to complete this registration packet entirely. Doing so lets our instructors evaluate and place your student into the best Equestrian Assisted Program to meet their needs. The health & safety are our priority for all participants, staff and volunteers. We know that you will keep your student home if ill, but please notify us of any exposure to infections such as COVID or flu. We thank you for entrusting your student to us and look forward to teaching them. They will surely bless and enrich all our lives as we work with them this year.
The Student/Participant packet contains:
- A letter to give to your health provider with a Physician’s Statement.
- General Participant Information to read before filling out the packet.
