What is e-Advantage?

e-Advantage has been created for women aged around 45-50-ish+

We think age can be a real advantage in life and business and are working with like-minded women across Europe to prove it.

What are Peer Mentors?

Peer mentors support and encourage their ‘mentee’ to help them explore and achieve their potential.

NB Throughout the course we use ‘mentor’ as shorthand for ‘peer mentor’/

Who is e-Advantage for?

We are working with women in the UK, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Romania.

In the future, we hope that women from many other countries will use the e-Advantage model.

We know from our research that women in this age group have fewer opportunities than men of the same age and also younger women.
