Service Delivery: FSTP Business Model

  • CWIS project is targeting to provide safely managed sanitation services to 150,000 people (About 25,000 households) considering existing 2 FSTP of 28 m3 capacity

  • The targeted population are segmented into the 3 income categories:
    • 25,000 low income (22%)
    • 105,000 middle income (65%)
    • 20,000 high income (13%)

  • Provide cross-subsidy to the 25,000 low-income people from 125,000 middle- & high-income people
