PORTFOLIO CASE

WINCRAFT

FROM SMM TO

A BRAND WORLD

How a tactical social-media brief grew into a positioning platform, a living brand universe and an operating communication system.

01 · THE CHALLENGE

THE BRIEF WAS SMM.

THE PROBLEM WAS BIGGER.

The initial task was to build an SMM / community system for an online casino. The strategic question quickly became more fundamental: why should anyone follow this brand when most category feeds are just promo, bonuses and disconnected posts?

INPUT

“Build an SMM strategy”

Channels · content · community · visual rules

STRATEGIC REFRAME

Give the brand a reason to be followed — not just another place to see an offer.

That required a coherent audience idea, an ownable creative world and rules that could survive across channels.

The project therefore moved from “content planning” toward brand building.

STRATEGY THAT HAD TO

SURVIVE EXECUTION

I worked across the project as Brand Strategist & Creative Producer — from research framing and client workshops to creative systems, verbal rules and implementation review.

The point was not to hand over a “brand deck.” It was to create a system teams could actually use.

03 · RESEARCH & STRATEGIC SHIFT

FROM A FEED TO A PLACE

PEOPLE RETURN TO

The research combined category / competitor analysis, platform constraints, audience logic and client workshops. The recurring tension was clear: people still choose rationally, but a generic offer-led brand gives them little reason to care or stay.

04 · CREATIVE STRATEGY

DON’T DECORATE THE FEED.

GIVE IT A WORLD.

Several creative routes were developed and pitched. The strongest direction was the one that could do more than look distinctive: it could organize community, product updates, promotions and recurring content inside one expandable system.

SELECTED & SCALED

CITY

Why the world won:

It turned fantasy from decoration into an operating layer for content.

The concept could create recurring reasons to return, give different content types a role, and make “community” visible rather than merely stated.

05 · WINCRAFT CITY

A CONTENT SYSTEM DISGUISED

AS A LIVING CITY

The selected concept became WinCraft City: social channels were treated as the capital of a larger world. Characters, places and recurring story engines were designed to map directly onto communication jobs.

06 · FROM SMM TO BRAND PLATFORM

IF THE CITY WORKS,

WHAT DOES WINCRAFT STAND FOR?

Once the communication system had a coherent world, the project moved one level up. I designed a new founders workshop from a clean slate so the full brand platform would be based on business and value choices — not simply reverse-engineered from the SMM concept.

DECISION TRADE-OFFS

BRAND CHARACTER

Turn preferences into behaviour

MISSION & PROMISE

Design principle

No “correct” workshop answers — only real trade-offs that expose what founders are willing to prioritize.

07 · POSITIONING & BRAND CORE

AN ONLINE CASINO

FOR PEOPLE TIRED OF ONLINE CASINOS

The platform reframed WinCraft around a simple tension: players still want the category, but they are tired of sameness, impersonal service and brands that reduce every interaction to an offer.

POSITIONING IDEA

Interesting.

Human.

Comfortable.

A new kind of casino experience

MISSION

Create a new kind of online casino

PROMISE

Not boring · not alone · able to relax

ESSENCE

A universe of human gambling

ARCHETYPE

Creator + Caregiver

The platform connected audience → insight → positioning → values → personality → story → voice → application.

08 · FROM BRAND DECK TO DECISION SYSTEM

CATEGORY CUES GET YOU IN.

BRAND CUES MAKE YOU WINCRAFT.

The platform was translated into a practical filter for future work. A task could use gambling category cues — but it still had to express at least one distinctive WinCraft layer: the world or the human relationship.

09 · WRITING & EXPERIENCE SYSTEM

THE BRAND HAD TO SOUND

LIKE THE SAME PERSON EVERYWHERE

Voice & Tone was translated into channel rules, copy structures and behaviour scenarios — so a Russian-speaking team could produce consistent English communication without drowning in fantasy language.

CONFIDENT, NOT PUSHY

Implementation review

I also audited the first real content plan against POV, tone, CTA structure, dates, promo codes, lore balance and micro-style.

10 · THE SYSTEM LIVED BEYOND THE DECK

WINCRAFT CITY

BECAME PRODUCT LANGUAGE

The work did not end as a strategy presentation. The platform and brandbook were approved and implementation continued in SMM and design. By 2026, WinCraft City is also visible in the live loyalty product — evidence that the world became more than a social-media wrapper.

11 · OUTCOME

A TACTICAL BRIEF BECAME

A SCALABLE BRAND SYSTEM

The strongest result was not a single slogan, character or content calendar. It was a connected mechanism that could explain what WinCraft stands for — and help teams decide how it should behave.
