•Over the last two years, we have won conference titles in football, girls basketball, men’s lacrosse, and baseball.

•Before their seasons were cut short in the spring of 2020, our softball team was ranked in the top 25 in the state and our girls soccer team was ranked in the top 10 with a 5-0 record and was crowned Bull City Cup Champions.

STUDENT-ATHLETE EXPECTATIONS

We want our students to have a positive experience while participating in sports at Jordan High School. We want our student-athletes to be able to use sports to graduate with more options as they leave Jordan to become productive and positive contributors to society.

In that preparation, we expect our student-athletes to be in class, on time, and to exhibit leadership and sportsmanship skills both on and off the playing field.

CURRENT STATE OF ATHLETICS

Although we want our student-athletes back on the field of play as soon as possible, their health and safety always comes first. Due to COVID-19, DPS is under an indefinite suspension phase of all school related sport activities.

  • This means no workouts can be taking place on or off campus. However,
  • Virtual workouts can take place after school hours. Please check with the coach for more details.
