RRC 37: Discussion recap

Foundation and delegates met in a call to discuss any lingering questions on 2025 operational budget. Discussion steered into a wider financial discussion. Follow up items below:

1. Breakdown of funds under Foundation’s management will be published as part of Q4 transparency report (mid this week).
2. Request for budget breakdown to be addressed: The 2025 budget was presented in alignment with previous budgets, following our established approach. It is not our standard practice to provide an itemized breakdown, as doing so could compromise confidentiality and affect our ability to negotiate favorable terms with vendors.

RRC 39: next steps

Foundation commenced this workstream.

• Secondary fees collection is feasible via deployment of multisigs on each protocol chain. Foundation would periodically bridge and swap the collected fees and send to the DAO’s mainnet treasury.
• Primary fees structure to be designed and determined in collaboration with Rarible Project kick off this week.
