First year without fountain warranty
W Greenfield Ct fountain broke mid-summer and was pulled for inspection. After learning the motor was broken, the board decided to leave the fountain out and investigate repair vs replacement over the winter to start fresh next season
Waiting on removal/storage/install bill, but we are still under budget for ponds
Clay liner installed at W Greenfield Ct in November 2022; although not perfect, it does appear to be holding water

General Updates continued
Petition initiated with Washtenaw County Drain Commissioner to maintain drainage ditch exiting pond at W Greenfield Ct and running into Avis Farms
The County was able to locate easement documents designated to their office for maintaining drains in our neighborhood but cannot find any drainage plans. They now have to draw up new plans of the entire storm water management system in our neighborhood. Their new plans will take several months to create and will include the drainage ditch, at which point they will reach back out to us to share and determine how to proceed
Management company investigation
Dave has reached out to two management companies for information to no avail. The board will continue investigating
Mailbox repairs
The board learned that the Post Office can refuse to deliver mail to mailboxes in poor condition, so mailbox repairs have moved up the priority list; we are working on quotes for repair/replacement
