Hole Punch a Hole Every 3”&7/8's Inch & Work Towards the Ends.
Measure On the Underside of Vehicle Mounting Surface Starting in the Middle, every 4” & Mark a Dot-Point (To Drill *THERE* Later) With a Sharpie to Both Ends.
Why 4” Spacing? & Not 3”&7/8's Inches?,
Slightly Stretching & Pre-loading The Lip to Align to Wider-Spaced Mounting Holes
Results in a Tight Nice Conforming Fit.
