I made a form that...

Lets students choose which Greek God they want to use for a project

Eliminates each god/goddess after 4 students have selected that option

Inserts each student’s name and choice into a project information packet that includes the rubric - and emails that packet to the students as an editable Google Doc

Creates an appended master list of each students’ choice by class period

Just for fun I made a second self-grading rubric form that sends grades to the kids

I can’t make copies of the forms! Help! - go out to the folder so you can see the form icon (do not open the form) - right click - Make a Copy (you can’t make a copy of the actual presentation - sorry!) If you really need one - email me and let’s talk!

Can I use this to train teachers in my district? - yes...just give me credit please!

I can’t get something to work. Will you help me? How much would that cost? - Of course I’ll help you...for free...although I do have to take care of my teachers too!
