FORM VALUES
Form Values allows you to store and use lists that you use regularly in forms.
Examples: Staff lists, student rosters, resources

FORMLIMITER
FormLimiter automatically sets Google Form to stop accepting responses after a maximum number of responses have been accepted. It can be set for a specific date & time, or when spreadsheet cell contains a specified value
Note: Use one less value of what you actually want. Ex: if you want 30 people to complete the form. Set your limit to 29.

CHECKITOUT
CheckItOut is used for checking in and out items. One question is for IN and another for OUT. When the form is completed, selected items will be moved between the two questions

FORMRECYLER
FormRecycle allows you to reuse questions from other forms in your Drive. FormRecycler will automatically insert them at the end of the form.

DocAppender
Use a Google Form to select which Doc(s) to append from a list, multiple-choice, or checkbox Form question -- pre-populated with Doc titles from a folder in Drive.

This add-on will allow you to easily send the results of a form submission via email to people you have listed and/or the person completing the form. ��In the notification you can choose to include: �~ Form results�~ Link to the summary of results�~ Link to edit the responses�~ Merged document (Document or PDF)

DATA DIRECTOR
Data Director can send form responses to an alternate spreadsheet. Data Director will also create an Edit URL and/or a PreFilled URL, and save those links to the spreadsheet.

ADVANCED SUMMARY
Advanced Summary of responses generates charts and filters based on Form responses. You can select the items you want to display, and the summary will automatically update
