Cell Phones/AirPods/Smart Watches

  • Student shall not use, activate, or display electronic equipment or cell phone devices during the school day.
  • Cell phones will be confiscated by the teacher. Teachers will call SRT to pick the phone up and it will be secured with Mr. Goodin or Ms. Rickert.
  • Cell phones should not be taken into or used in the restrooms.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to retrieve their cell phone without being released from class early.

Uniform Policy

Echo Trail has a Uniform Policy

  • Non-uniform sweatshirts/hoodies or jackets

  • Echo Trail bookstore/activity/sports shirts, sweatpants
  • Echo Trail Hoodies (hoods down)
  • Echo Trail Team Uniform TOPS with shirt underneath and sponsor/coach approved.
  • General tournament, event shirts from Echo Trail sponsored club or team

Lockers

  • Lockers will be assigned once all schedules are set.
  • Students will only go to lockers before first period and at dismissal.
  • Backpacks, athletic gear, coats and non-uniform jackets must be stored in lockers.
  • Keep your locker combination to yourself; lockers MAY NOT be shared.

Morning Routine

Morning

  • Doors open at 7:00AM
  • If you arrive before 7:30AM:
    • Bus riders enter side door to cafeteria
    • Car riders enter front door and walk to cafeteria
  • All students stay in cafeteria until 7:30 when teachers pick up
  • If you arrive after 7:30AM:
    • You will report directly to your 1st period classroom on the 2nd floor
  • If you arrive AFTER 7:40:
    • Your parent/guardians MUST walk you in the building and sign you in.

Lunch

  • You will be escorted to and from the cafeteria

Food & Drink/Water Bottles

Students should not have drinks or food in class!

  • If a student has a lunch from home, it must be kept in their lunch box/bag.
  • Students are not to share food items in the cafeteria (allergies/parent discretion).
  • Beverages and food items brought from home must be single serving.
  • No food or drink is to be taken from the cafeteria.
  • If a student has a drink or food out in the building or in class, it will be confiscated. Unopened food and beverages will be returned at the end of the school day, open food and beverages will be immediately discarded.
  • Students carrying a water bottle may do so in a spill proof plastic container. The bottle may only contain water. Water bottles may not be in proximity to technology or library books.
