Login to Skyward

• To access Skyward you can visit https://www.chathamschools.org/ and click on the Skyward picture or go straight to this link.

• If you do not know your login information please contact the District Office (217) 483-2416.
• If you have trouble completing registration please contact Brett Moore bmoore@bcsd5.org. After 8/3 please contact the building your child will attend for registration information.

Login and Troubleshooting

1. Select Online Registration from the left toolbar.

2. Select “Go to Online Registration for student name”.

Registration must be completed for each student.

• Each building has their own unique steps to complete the registration process. As you complete each step select Complete Step__ and move to Step__.

• If a step is completed correctly, a green check mark will appear next to it. If there is no check mark, it is likely the complete button was not pressed or the step was not completed.
• Please note that some steps such as Make a Fee Payment and Make a Food Service Payment require you to open the tab and then close it even if you aren’t paying at that time or the fees are waived.
• Other steps may require you to View in Full Screen

to ensure you can see all information.

Online Payment

Paying online is optional and may be skipped if you are paying by check/cash. You may be required to click on the Make a Fee/Food Service Payment link before being able to complete the step. If you are not paying online please go to the page on Submitting Registration. The parent listed as Guardian 1 in Skyward needs to be logged in to see and pay fees.

After the RevTrak Web Store opens you will need to:

• Select required fees.
• Add each fee to your cart.

Once completed select checkout.

If you have used our online payment store in the past you can sign in using those credentials. If you have not used this feature in the past you will need to create a new account to finish the payment process. If you do not remember your password select the forgot password link. Once you have signed in please proceed to complete purchasing your fees.

After completing/reviewing your information you will be able to place your order for registration fees. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is complete from RevTrak.

Submitting Registration

Once all steps are completed and have the green check mark you will select “Submit Online Registration” found on the last step. If you are not ready to submit you can select Close and Finish Later, but you will need to come back and submit when ready.

After Submitting Online Registration you will receive a confirmation email.
