Overview
During this unit, we will do two whole-class activities looking at trade routes! For the following two weeks students will have short mini-lessons on different amazing parts of history from around the Eastern Hemisphere, and spending time researching the achievements of the civilization/region of their choice!

Overview
During this unit, we will be looking at the religious histories of the Eastern Hemisphere. We will primarily be studying: 1) Polytheism; 2) Monotheism; 3) Traditional African Religions; 4) Religion and Government in ancient China
Looking Forward:
We will only have a couple of weeks after this unit before the end of the year! We will wrap up with some culminating projects.

Overview
Our goal for these first three weeks is to build classroom community and teach students how to navigate our assignments online and do their work. Some activities will tie to later units and standards.
