A commitment statement is a statement of what when and where you will be working on your goal.
Using commitment statements helps students begin to The best commitment statements are as specific as possible.
There are 2 kinds of statements:
Committing Yourself to the Work
Using a commitment statement will help you reach your goal. These are commitment statements that work.
On your notes sheet choose one of these two options and create a commitment statement for your goal.
Option 1 -Time Based Commitment
I will work on__ [practice what]__on__[List 6 days]__ at__ [what time]__ for __ [how long]__ in __[location]__.
Option 2 - Habit Stacking Commitment
On __ [list 6 days]__ after I do __[current habit]__, I will __ [practice what]__ for __[how long]__.
