I-Fest Committees

  1. Make sure you’re on a committee.

​

  • Your committee head is responsible for managing the committee. They should be emailing you weekly with info/updates/questions/anything important. If there are any problems, let me know.

​

  • Your committee should meet at least once every week. It’s up to you guys to decide when. Sometimes, you guys will be given time to meet on Mondays.

  • East Asia & Europe need to move people to Africa, South Asia, and Middle East!
    • 1 person from East Asia to South Asia
    • 2 people from East Asia to Middle East
    • 2 people from Europe to Africa

  • Decide this by the end of TODAY so that Africa & South Asia & Middle East can get contact info!
  • PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE WITH US! You’ll still be involved in the planning of iFest regardless of what committee you’re on.
