WASC Coordinator

A WASC coordinator manages the accreditation process for a school through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

    • Organizing and overseeing the self-study process that evaluates the school's programs and performance
    • Coordinating meetings with staff, students, and parents to gather input
    • Collecting and organizing evidence and documentation to show the school meets accreditation standards
    • Communicating with WASC representatives and preparing reports for the accreditation visit
    • Helping the school develop improvement plans based on feedback from the accreditation team
    • helps ensure the school maintains quality standards and continuous improvement.

🧩 Technology and Testing Coordinator

    • Coordinate and manage all school-wide technology systems, devices, software, and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
    • Provide technical support and training for teachers, staff, and students on instructional technology tools and platforms.
    • Maintain inventory, troubleshooting, and deployment of computers, tablets, testing devices, and related equipment.
    • Organize, schedule, and oversee state and district assessments, ensuring compliance with testing protocols and security requirements.
    • Train and support testing staff, monitor testing sessions, and resolve technology issues during assessments.
    • Analyze assessment data, maintain testing records, and collaborate with administrators to ensure accurate reporting and continuous school improvement.
