How does this work?
USERS
Install TeamOB OCR
Activation
API Key Configuration
OCR Start/Stop server
Document uploaded to server
Extract teamob_ocr.zip
Download the teamob_ocr.zip with provided url and extract the it.
Run gui.exe
Double click on the gui.exe
Enter Activation Code
Enter Activation Code. Click Register.
OCR Pop-up window
1.OCR Pop-up window opened.
2.Click on Home tab.
OCR - Set folder path and API Key
1. Browse the required folder.
2. Enter the provided API key.
OCR - Fetch Bucket
Bucket Dropdown: This will be the list of Custom Object that you have created with provided teamob domain.
OCR - Fetch OCR Field
Fetch Field: �1. Check the OCR Option.�
2. Select the field name you have created on the Custom Object from teamob domain.
OCR - Save Credentials
Click on Save button.
OCR - Configuration
1.Click on Configuration tab.
2.Select the required server.
3.Click on Save button.
OCR - Start / Stop Service
Click on Start / Stop service button.
OCR - Service Started
OCR will upload doc, docx, xlxs files to the server.
OCR - Stop Service
After Files - doc, docx, xlxs uploaded to the server. Click on the Stop Service button.
