Good Practices to Increase ANCs and PNCs ( more than 90%)

    • Community Health Promoters (CHPs) conduct community sensitization to raise awareness on ANC among pregnant women and their families.
    • Pregnant women receive their next appointment dates before leaving the facility.
    • PNC and Child Welfare Clinic (CWC) services are integrated for convenience
    • Mothers are booked for the next appointment before leaving the HF.

Good Practices to Increase Deliveries in HCs (more than 90%)

    • Nurses educate pregnant women and family members, especially husbands, on birth preparedness during ANC visits and community meetings.
    • Delivery room tours are provided to pregnant women to reduce their anxiety.
    • Delivery rooms are improved with amenities such as hot showers and curtains to ensure comfort and privacy
