Good Practices to Increase ANCs and PNCs ( more than 90%)

• Community Health Promoters (CHPs) conduct community sensitization to raise awareness on ANC among pregnant women and their families.
• Pregnant women receive their next appointment dates before leaving the facility.
• PNC and Child Welfare Clinic (CWC) services are integrated for convenience
• Mothers are booked for the next appointment before leaving the HF.

Good Practices to Increase Deliveries in HCs (more than 90%)

• Nurses educate pregnant women and family members, especially husbands, on birth preparedness during ANC visits and community meetings.
• Delivery room tours are provided to pregnant women to reduce their anxiety.
• Delivery rooms are improved with amenities such as hot showers and curtains to ensure comfort and privacy

AWP Tools

• At least two people in the HF know how to use the AWP tool (61%)
• I develop the AWP with my officers and/or CHPs (68%)
• I respect the budget ceilings when developing the AWP (71%)
• I refer to the Model AWP Activity List when developing the AWP (73%)

HR Tools

• At least two people in the HF know how to use the HR tool (53%)
• I update the HR tool with my officers and/or CHPs (50%)
• I lobby to obtain HR using the data of the HR tool (65%)
• 16 HFs succeeded in obtaining additional EQ using the EQ tool (24%)
