Hi there!
General infos:
About our game
Toasterball is a multiplayer physics-based sports game, quick to learn and perfect for good old game nights on a couch with friends (1-4 players local multiplayer).
Because you are playing as toasters, you can naturally expect some chaotic physics, random situations, electrical hazard, and more burnt toasts than you can ever imagine. There is also a real learning curve, with pro moves and enough gameplay variants to keep on surprising you for hours.
E-sports: It’s part of the joke.
Even though Toasterball is an absurd sport game with toasters falling all over the place, we still want to promote the competitive aspect behind it, and even push it to the e-sport scene in a self-aware, jokey way.
Some advices
We realize that playing with other streamers might be challenging since the multiplayer mode is not available online. However, there are several tools you can use to play with other streamers, such as:
If you’re a solo streamer and don’t have anybody to play with, no panic, you can still play in solo against the AI.
But at best, we highly recommend playing the game in 2v2, which is more spectacular and interesting. Moreover, you're welcome to add some challenges to your stream, such as organizing a tournament, to make it more engaging and fun for your viewers!
Toasterball, like football or volleyball, is written in one word.
We've developed an extensive lore for Toasterball, complete with individual histories, backgrounds and personalized lockers that you can check in the Athlete menu.
We've incorporated a play on words in many of the toaster’s names, referencing popular electronics and appliance brands like Smeg, Rotel or Breville.
Fun facts!
If you check out the menu, you'll find a secret code slot that unlocks exclusive toasters. To access them, use one of the following passwords:
To enhance your stream's aesthetic, feel free to adjust the game settings, such as removing in-game tutorials for a cleaner look.
