The purpose of sanitary fittings-

Sanitary fittings are designed and constructed for use in food, beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, and biological applications where cleanliness and sterility are required. These types of fittings are constructed of materials that ensure a sterile environment and maintain sterility during use.

Line command- Specify first point-

Sets the starting point for the line. Click a point location. With object snaps or grid snap turned on, the points will be placed precisely. You can also enter coordinates. If instead, you press Enter at the prompt, a new line starts from the endpoint of the most recently created line, polyline, or arc. If the most recently created object is an arc, its endpoint defines the starting point of the line. The line is tangent to the arc.

Specify next point-

Specifies the endpoint of the line segment. You can also use polar and object snap tracking together with direct distance entry.

Offset-

You can offset an object at a specified distance or through a point. After you offset objects, you can trim and extend them as an efficient method to create drawings containing many parallel lines.

The OFFSET command repeats for convenience. To exit the command, press Enter.

The following prompts are displayed.

Offset Distance

Creates an object at a specified distance from an existing object.

Command copy: To start the Copy tool from the command line, type “CO” and press [Enter]. Select the objects you wish to copy and press [Enter] to accept the selection. Click the base point as the point to copy from.

Fillet command

  1. Click FILLET. or enter F in the Command line.
  2. Select the first object.
  3. Choose Radius in the command options, enter a radius, and press Enter. This number will be the radius of the arc between the two objects you fillet.
  4. Select the second object.

Trim command-We can type ‘TR’ in the command bar and press the ‘Enter’ key two times.

Then direct select those objects or lines which we want to trim from the whole drawing or object.

Right-click for coming out from the selection.

By using this shortcut method, we can trim lines or objects from the drawing easily and quickly
