Don’t worry. It just means that another student has logged into Google Chrome at some point on that iPad. You just need to get the CORRECT student signed into Google on the iPad. To fix this:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Type “Google” in the search bar
  3. Click on the Account Icon in the top right corner
  4. Select the correct Account if you see an account, click Add account.
  5. If Needed, use the Google Sign-in
  6. Then you should be able to scan your Clever badge without issue.
