This is your FINAL ESSAY prompt (100 points).
For this project, you will write a reflective essay that addresses THREE (3) Stress Management Techniques that you would like to maintain beyond this course. Describe your process for making those changes. Please take a moment to reflect on everything you have learned. How has learning all these tips and tricks affected your stress management? Do you feel more sure about using any of these tools? The stress management techniques can be taken from any of the modules we've studied.

You will need to upload a Microsoft Word document to include the following:
Formatted: APA Format, Double Spaced, 12pt Times New Roman font
Create an "INTRODUCTION" listing out each of the 3 stress management techniques you'd like to continue. Give a little background on WHY you want to make each of those changes (20 points).
Create a "BODY” section of the paper that discusses each of the 3 techniques individually (60 points).
Within each of THREE (3) changes, please:
Create a "SUMMARY" where you wrap up the essay by discussing any final thoughts about these THREE (3) techniques and any barriers you think you might encounter and how you plan to overcome them (20 points).
