Fund is designed to deliver high rental yields & asset growth from a diversified portfolio of
real estate nationwide especially capitalizing on price rally in next few years due to rate cuts
2. Projected Returns
We are projecting ~10% to ~15% annual cash on cash return in rental yields, equity multiple
of ~2.5 with 3 year exit & annual return/IRR upto ~27% or ARR upto ~30% (conservatively)

3. Hold of 3 years & $25k min investment
The fund will have a $25K min and a 3 year lock in, allowing investors option to exit after.
Investors funds will be drawn for asset purchases over a year & returns are from draw date.
4. Only performance fee after 10% return
Fund will not charge a asset management fee to maximise returns. We believe in performance
& will not charge any fee until 10% return is realized. Fee structure will be X:Y profit sharing.

Investment Incentives (Flagship Fund I)
