  • Put 1 teaspoon of Powder A in 1 corner of the bag.

  • Put ½ teaspoon of Powder B in a different corner of the bag. Seal the bag.

  • Put 5 mL of Liquid C into the medicine cup.

  • Put 10 drops of Liquid D into the medicine cup.

​

  • Gently place the medicine cup in 1 corner of the ziplock bag. DO NOT TIP OVER
  • Squeeze out the air and seal tightly.

Combine

  • Tip the cup over so the liquids mix with the solids.

​

​

  • Add ALL OF YOUR OBSERVATIONS to your chart.
