Current Enrollment: 145 Students
New Staff Members: 4 (1st, 3rd, 5th, MS Math)
Numerous social outreach efforts (Rake Up Boise, Kindness Week, Catholic Schools Week, Weekly Mass Offerings)
Various campus upgrades completed and continuing (Interior and exterior)

Sustainability & Health of St. Mary’s

Consistent communication with Parish Business Manager and Bookkeeper
Creation of a Finance sub-committee (reports to SAB)
Deep dive analysis into school finances (Current and Future)
Several revenue sources supplementing school tuition include: Parish Subsidy, PTO, Creegan Foundation, EANS Grant
Continued capital improvements being funded through generous School and Parish benefactors
Budget outlook is positive!

Registration & Enrollment (PreK - 8): Covers administrative costs for enrolling students and starting a new school year. Also covers yearbook and class party costs.	$375/student
Technology (K - 8): Covers purchase and maintenance of school hardware and software technology	$120/student
Textbook Fee (K - 8): Covers paper and online textbook subscription costs, online education program costs	$100/student
Permanent Building Fund (One Charge Per Family): Fund established to cover unexpected capital expenses, supplement periodic updates to school infrastructure	$75/family

March 1 - 15th: Early Bird Open Enrollment for Current School Families

PreK, current K-8 students, siblings not currently enrolled at St. Mary’s
$50 discount on registration fees per student if registered by March 1st�

March 16 - 31st: Early Bird Registration for New Families

PreK-8 new students and families
$50 discount on registration fees per student if registered by March 1st

Educational Resources for students:

St. Mary’s Intervention Team - Provides targeted and individual intervention to students.

Educational Initiatives of the School Staff:

Teachers are continuing their Google Training and moving towards becoming a Google Level 1 Certified Educator
Continued use and analysis of data to meet the needs of each student and help them grow (Stop the Loss Program)
Creation of the Middle school Enrichment Experience

Currently getting bids to refresh the play area in the back of the PreK area

New Promethean Boards in each classroom
Working to refresh the gym level
