*Make sure if you keep a choropleth that you use an equal area projection

*I recommend turning off the Esri basemap as it won’t look great in the atlas print

*I recommend using a true arithmetic classification: 0-10, 10-25, 25-55, 55-max

*Since this is human phenomenon, consider a dot density map. This probably should be unnormalized though, so it might not work out well (or just reflect population density instead of actual access to services)

*I recommend a lighter color boundary to help improve the figure ground

*Which places are your “characters”? What is the take-home message about doctors per 100,000? Who is improving over time (this question might be more interesting that just showing the current conditions -> you could make a change map with a diverging color scheme or a set of small multiples showing year by year along the bottom)
