Program #1 is a targeted and intensive small group focus on reading and math essential standards for each grade level, as well as, daily time for social-emotional learning and community building. Our grade level teams are working to identify students for this program and will be reaching out to families next week.

Approximately 10-12 students per grade level

9:00AM-11:30AM (2.5 hours per day)

  • 1 hour reading
  • 1 hour math
  • 30 minutes snack/community building/SEL

Program #2 is open to ALL students (current kindergarten-7th grade) and focuses on extending and enriching reading and math essential standards for each grade level, engaging students in hands-on inquiry based science, and daily time for social-emotional learning and community building. We will be sending out a sign-up form to ALL families next week.

Approximately 20+ students in multi-grade level classrooms (K/1, 2/3, 4/5, 6/7)

  • 45 minutes reading
  • 45 minutes math
  • 30 minutes science
  • 30 minutes snack/community building/SEL

  • The program seeks to balance targeted instruction with high academic expectations, social-emotional support, and care.

  • Our goal is to have this time be a relevant, engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable learning experience for our students.

​

  • We expect to see clear evidence of student growth and achievement related to the learning we have collectively identified as essential for each grade level.
