2026 NC TWC Contacts

TWC Contacts

• At this time, we have locked the TWC Contacts spreadsheet and Educator Count for edits
• Email addresses on this sheet (TWC Coordinator) were used for the portal login.
• Changes made this week are not reflected on that sheet, we made them directly with ADI.
• If you need to change the TWC Coordinator or educator count- contact surveysupport@adi.org

Portal Directions

Invitation Email

• An email invitation will be sent from NCTWC@adi.org to all Survey Coordinators listed in the Google spreadsheet.

Logging In

•Follow the steps listed in the email to access the portal link.

•Log in using your email and provided password.

​

Verify Your School

•Once logged in, verify your listed school is correct.

•Coordinators over multiple schools should see all their schools listed.

​

Verify Your Count

•Click the circle on the right to open the code panel.

•Verify the number next to the “Print Invitations” button at the bottom is correct.

​

Print the Survey Invitation

•Shortly before the Survey opens, print the survey invitations containing the codes and hand out to educators.

•Note: Codes print in batches of 100. Schools with more than 100 codes will be directed to print the next batch after the first 100 codes print.

Survey Portal Tips

• Look for an email on ~February 12 from NCTWC@adi.org.
• Please check ALL folders for the portal directions and login before emailing that you did not receive the email..
• Only 1 coordinator per school has access to login to the portal.
• If your school listed more than one, only one of the coordinators will receive the email to login.
• If your count is incorrect, email surveysupport@adi.org before printing.

• Survey Support email and phone information will be available in the email sent to Coordinators and in the portal.

November 2025: Website goes live and Webinars

January 2026: Update educator count

February - March 2026: Social media campaign, survey support, and weekly office hours on Thursdays at 12:30

March 2, 2026: Coordinator distribute codes to classroom teachers and school based student services personnel with an individualized link to the survey; NC TWC Help Desk Opens

March 2-31, 2026: NCTWC Survey Open!! NO EXTENSIONS.

April 2026: NC TWC local results shared with districts and charter leaders

May 2026: NC TWC statewide results shared with NC State Board of Education

Communications for Teachers

Unique and Anonymous Email Link

On March 2, 2026 you will receive an unique and anonymous code on a printed paper from your school TWC Coordinator.

Less Questions, Less Time

Go to the URL on your survey paper and enter your code. The survey has been reduced from 199 to 99 questions.

90% Target Participation Rate

Complete the survey anytime before March 31, 2026. Districts and schools will receive incentives for participation.

Preliminary data shared with directly with PSUs

(Target: mid-April 2026)

Monitoring NC TWC Participation Rates

Participation Rates

• Available to view at NCTWC.org in real-time
• On January 12, we asked the NC TWC Coordinator to confirm number of target participants at their school.
• If you need to make changes, email surveysupport@adi.org
• Target Participation Rate: 90%
• Minimum school-level participation rate to get data back: 50%
