Our 3 phases

First phase

The first phase is preparation for the project week.

In the first phase we found a subtopic which matched the overall topic.

​

Then we developed a problem statement.

​

After developing the statement we made around 20 to 25 questions.

​

We also found a lot of sources and a few people we wanted to interview and contacted them.

Second phase

The second phase consists of a week/5 school days, where we made our presentation and product.

​

This is the part of the school project were your have to find information and make interviews.

​

In this week we answered the questions, made a product and at the end made a conclusion that answered our problem statement. The last thing we did was putting our presentation into perspective.

Information about the requirements

Throughout the week we had written a log book. This book is filled with information about our work process. This log book have to be submitted.

​

Before your presentation you have to submit a synopsis. The synopsis contains our overall topic, subtopic, problem statement, reason of choice, product pictures and description, conclusion, outline and reference list.

​

During the presentation you can’t use text only small notes.

​

Third phase

Before our presentation we practised a lot.

​

It’s important that you do not read out loud, but talk freely from small notes.

​

Our presentation lasted 25 minutes, but it depends on the size of the group. We presented in front of our teachers and a few other students.

​

After the presentation we got evaluated on four different aspects and then got a final grade.
