Building Goals and Action Steps - 100% of HS Collaborative teams will be proficient based on the PLC Strategic Implementation Guide in monitoring student learning through an ongoing assessment process that includes frequent, team-developed common formative assessments.
- Teacher feedback on the CCRA survey will improve from 66.5% to 100% agreement that their collaborative team has created commonly agreed upon learning targets/objectives/outcomes for the units they teach and assess.
- The Leadership Team will develop and support a building-wide MTSS implementation plan to move our score from 0 to 3 [Implementation] using the SAMI (Self-Assessment of MTSS Implementation).
- By the end of the 24-25 SY, collaborative learning teams will work together on Wednesday’s morning and one additional time to use the results of common assessments (skills-based) with the focus on evaluating and acting on data in the effort to move each CLT to the level of proficient on the PLC SIG for Anchor #4.

Building Goals and Action Steps - Teachers will implement, instruct and engage Leader in Me Boosters and Character Strong activities twice a week during homerooms. (Train the trainer model and Website tutorials)
- For the 24-25 SY, the SEBH Team will set more structures and opportunities (on Fridays) for SEL competencies to move our CASEL score from a 1 to 3. Team will focus on staff well-being to develop individual social emotional competencies.

Indicators of Success - Student Scores on MRA (Measurable Results Assessment) will improve from 72 percent to 85 percent for a supportive student environment.

Building Goals and Action Steps - Teachers will communicate with parents on important information and updates, including grades or student progress, every 2 weeks.
- Teachers will write 2 student positive note cards a week related to both academics and SEL.

Indicators of Success - Increase the MRA (Measurable Results Assessment) score on Family and Community Engagement under Leadership from a 79 percent to a 90 percent.
- Sustain a greater than 90% satisfaction rating on the district communication survey.
