FACILITY ASSESSMENT PROCESS

• Facility Assessment Contracted: Spring 2025�
• Facilities Reviewed by Third Party: Spring and Summer 2025

• Initial Draft Report Received: End of October

• Final Report Received: Early December

• Internal Review: Analysis of 433 pages of third-party observations and recommendations from November to present

• District Review & Alignment: Edits made based on district-identified needs and projects already completed

​

• Project Categorization: Separation of items addressable in-house through the maintenance budget versus larger, higher-cost capital projects
