How to Calculate Your Score

Ranking Homework=(Sales+Recruit )only

Total score= Any homework submitted late or after the ranking period will not count toward ranking points. It will only be added to the total points.

For sales/recruits during the period (8/1/2024 - 8/28/2024), if the cadets submitted the homework by the deadline 8/28, the sales/recruits points will be counted for both Ranking Score and Total Score.

• If the cadets missed the deadline, the sales/recruits points will be counted only for Total Score, not in Ranking Score.

​

For the sales/recruits made very closed to the deadline, we gave about 3~5 days buffer period. The points are still counted for both Ranking Score and Total Score.

• For example, a cadet did an IUL sale on 8/26. The insurance company processed the application and paid advance commission on 8/30. The cadet missed the Homework 1&2 deadline: 8/28.
• In this case, the cadet can submit the homework by 10/2, which is the Homework 3 deadline. The points will be counted for Homework 3 Ranking Score, and Total Score.
• If the cadets missed the 10/2 deadline the points will be counted only for Total Score.

Total Score: the cadets need to maintain >0 total score to attend the EC class.

Ranking Score: used for call-out, MVP, graduate with honor and EC ranking

1. Promotions

Only promoted EC cadets may submit homework. Official proof must be provided, including the promotion date, name or agent code, and promoted category.

2. Book Reading

Divide the book chapters by 3 classes and submit one book summary for each class.

​

3. BPM Requirement

Attend 1 time per week for 4 weeks

Online attendance = 1 point

Office attendance = 2 points

Missing one week will result in only 0.5 point.
