Documented effects of customized OER-web based teaching

  1. A happy learning system: based on the responses received from the former students I came to understand it’s a truly interesting, happy and peaceful learning system.
  2. Customized Learning at own pace: each and every student has different learning curve and ability, so learning become possible at their convenience and fully satisfying. Thus learning and doubt clearance in 24 x 7
  3. Hurdles of losing classes are solved: due to personal health issues and academic associated activities like NSS and NCC missing classes may happen in conventional learning.
  4. Possibility of multitude ways of learning: as the materials for learning are provided in different types including, notes, bilingual video lectures (strictly < 15 min), gamification, books etc.
  5. Learning is apprised: what students learn in the course is regularly apprised in the form of course journal making, and by continuous internal assessment tests.
  6. Improvement in the semester results - In the semester examination results analysed, compared with the chalk & talk method using black board, these customized OER based learning has shown increase in the pass percent and improvement in grades.
