If you are in a folder in Google Drive your slide deck will be stored there.

Force a copy:

  • Copy the url of your document.
  • Delete the word edit and anything after it at the end of the link and replace it with the word copy.
  • Share this link with others and they will be forced to Make a Copy or Make if view only.

Shorten Url:

  • Go to tiny.cc (creates QR code)
  • Or bit.ly (Tracks clicks)
  • Paste in your url
  • Customize the shortened url
  • Click shorten
  • Copy and share

Slide Presentation Guidelines

  • Keep it simple, focus on content
  • Consistent formatting
  • No font under 18, preferably 24
  • Stick with a color scheme
  • Contrast text and background
  • No more than two font style, one serif and one san serif�
