STATE MATCH FUNDING RESET

Original five-year-plan assumption removed β€’ 2026 eligibility is not an award

$124.1M ASSUMPTION REMOVED

$117.7M ELIGIBILITY IN 2026

Eligibility was created in 2026, and applications may now be submitted.

$117.7M is eligibilityβ€”not an award. No State funding is guaranteed.

Additional eligibility is projected in 2029. Any future award depends on a State bond and statewide availability.

The original five-year plan assumed $124.1M in State matching funds.

That funding never became available on the planned timeline, so the assumption is removed from the current plan.

Affected projects move to later Measure R planning for possible funding.
