Corpus Callosum

discuss two separate hemispheres connected by the corpus colosum. Best state for learning is when both sides of the brain are integrated- homeostasis. To achieve this state communication must occur between the two hemispheres across the CC. Brain Gym.

Ultimately we are best equipped for learning and dealing with our daily lives when we are able to integrate our whole brain. The ability to do this relies on the corpus colosum. Our bodies have a natural midline, either side is a mirror image of one another. When we cross our midline by physical movement it encourages the communication flow between the hemispheres discuss brain gym in th classroom, can be as simple as a lazy 8 before a test, if time do a couple of exercises.
