VALUE
PROPOSITION
Our organization Looky is developing a read assist camera and mobile application to help visually impaired people to improve reading accessibility. We’re better because we are more affordable and designed specifically to assist users within a certain age range and technical proficiency in the real world. We’re believable because our user tests have proven that the app is intuitive and the service provided is easily accessible and useful in many settings.

HURDLES
The users that we were able to connect with were very eager to discuss the challenges they face when dealing with age-related vision loss and were excited to assist in surveys and testing.
When try to connect with a user who has very specific goals and pain points, it was a challenge to reach that audience. Plus, the loss of power some of our team members faced.
