The problem
- Garbage piled up in the container that makes an unpleasant view to the people in Hajj.
- The unpleasant smell because of the amount of the garbage.

1- Implementing the first stage (SGCM Product) to most containers by attaching it at the top of the container and collecting data.
2- Using the app to schedule garbage collection from the containers.
3- Analyze the data to study the second stage.
