One view to rule them all�Get a snapshot of all the hiring you are doing and their statuses in one neatly presented calendar

Book shifts at scale

“Job positions” makes it quick & easy to create shifts at scale. Reusable fields (Like job title, description) are saved so shifts can be created in seconds

Directly book a Worker

Navigate to any worker from the calendar and book a shift directly for them. Alternatively, select Workers who can add shifts on your behalf.

What is a “Job Position”?

This is the “Job position” row

Job positions contains a pre-filled job title, job description, minimum requirements, dress code and default salary. This only needs to be entered once and saves you having to re-enter the same details for regular shifts that you hire for

Here are the descriptions for the Job Position

This is where the magic happens. The information here only needs to be entered once. Then every time you add a shift for this “Job Position”, it will automatically use this information saving you having to re-enter it time-and-time again.

Here you can allow trusted workers to add shifts themsleves��This is a powerful new feature that saves you a bunch of time. If you have already agreed a shift with a Worker you can set them here as a trusted Worker and they will be able to add shifts directly from their mobile app.

When you click “create”, no shifts will be created yet, this will be done in the next step�We recommend you create Job Positions for all the positions you regularly hire in so you are set-up straight away.

How to add a “Shift”

This is where you can create a new shift

Adding a shift is when your hiring actually opens and it now only takes a few taps as most of the details have already been set-up in the Job Position step

When you click publish, the shift will be live to the audience you selected

You can add multiple shifts at once across multiple weeks

This can save you loads of time

How to select a Worker

Here you can hire or reject Workers who have applied for your shift

Clicking on the Worker’s photo opens up their Profile to see more details about them

If you have selected Workers, you can cancel them here

When you have selected all your Workers you can close the hiring for this shift

How to book a Worker directly

If you already know who you are going to hire, you can add shifts directly to that Worker by tapping “Show worker list”.

What the statuses mean in the Calendar

What do the colours mean next to the Workers:�Green - Workers who have been selected and have confirmed they are coming to a shiftRed - Workers who have cancelled a shift

Orange - Workers who have been selected and have not confirmed a shift

What do the colours mean next to the date:�Green - Hiring is closed�Red - Hiring has a cancellation

Orange - Hiring is open
