Summary & Final Thoughts

  • There was give-and-take with this arrangement, and it wasn't smooth from the beginning...the Chromebooks weren't available when needed, and the first cart came broken and made incorrectly.
  • However, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives! I have already indicated I have no desire to go back to a traditional classroom.
  • I would encourage anybody, given the opportunity, to try this kind of 'mobile teaching,' even for a year. It has forced me to think, plan, and teach in new ways. I have grown as a teacher because of this experience.
