I- Introduction
Nowadays, the deployment of various clean energy systems is a crucial strategy to contribute to environmental sustainability. But sometimes the solution can be under our feet. Most people spend the majority of their life walking.
Each contact between the human feet and the ground surface generates mechanical energy that can be converted into electricity using a mechanical step energy generator.
So, how can a simple step generate energy?
To achieve this, we will proceed:
F I G U R E 1 : Design of The Footstep Power Generator
II- Operating mode
In this research, a mechanical footstep power generator conceived on the basis of {rack, gear, spring, footstep plate and alternator} to minimize the complexity of the mechanical structure is proposed.
2.
As shown in figure 1, the force applied on the Footstep Plate induces a slight compression of the springs, which drives the first wheel between the rack and the gear.
3.
The second wheel is attached to an alternator that will convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy, and that will be stored at the output in a supercapacitor via the electronic
III- Charging cycle:
This developed energy will be stored in a supercapacitor/battery. We use a circuit which has a combination of a resistor (to avoid short circuits) and a supercapacitor. This representation will make it easier for us to study the mechanism as shown in Figure 2 .
4.
As a result, we can see that the voltage across the supercapacitor Uc will increase towards a maximum value, which is the generator voltage ‘E’ value. Moving from a transient to a steady state as shown in figure 4.

Shaping the future; unfortunately even if this device is productive, it is still massive. Could it have some more advanced technologies of this system?

Finally, this method of producing electricity can be installed in areas such as shopping centers, schools, train stations, sports fields or any other area where there is intensive movement of people. We can see that after a long day, the supercapacitor will be fully charged. This energy can be used for lighting or to power our gadgets.
The production of electricity using this method is very ecological, silent, cost-effective and reliable. In contrast, the old methods of electricity production required a lot of capital to establish a stable and reliable power, and had various negative effects on the environment; such as air pollution (fossil fuels, gaz) …
