  • Currently, there is a lack of a standardized system to provide customers with cashback or other incentives in case of delayed deliveries
  • As a result, customers often encounter delays in their orders, which can cause frustration and inconvenience.
  • Unfortunately, as for now , customers have no option to address these issues and seek compensation.

Solution to the Problem

- In today's fast-paced world, time is of the essence. Whether it's a meal delivery or a real estate transaction, timely delivery is critical. But what happens when the delivery is delayed? It can be frustrating and cause inconvenience to the customer.

- To solve this FreeFlo provides a code based solution. We incentivize promptness by providing customers with a cashback stream for any delays that occur.

All about the product

  • The project works by storing money in a smart contract when a customer places an order. If the delivery is delayed, a cashback stream is automatically initiated to provide the customer with compensation.
  • The smart contract makes this process completely automated and transparent, with all parties aware of what is happening in real-time. Once the delivery is complete, the stream stops, and the remaining money is given back to the order provider
  • . In cases where the delivery is on time, the money is sent back to the order provider in its entirety.
  • The use of superfluid allows for the creation of a cashback stream that is triggered automatically.
  • This process creates a reward system that incentivizes the order provider to deliver on time, and the customer is compensated for any delays that occur.

Future aspects of the product

Currently, in this project, it is being implemented in food delivery apps, where timely delivery is crucial. However, this solution can be applied to other time-sensitive contracts, such as government tenders and property possession. Many people have suffered due to late possession of properties, which can lead to a great deal of inconvenience and financial loss. With this project, delayed possession can be compensated for, providing relief to those who have been impacted.
