The assistant is helpful for guidance. Some items still require official review.

Aid status, award amounts,�missing documents, deadlines,�scholarships, payments, and refunds

Academic

Course selection, degree plans,�transfer credit, graduation, drops, withdrawals, holds, and overrides

Personal support

Mental health, safety concerns, food, housing, child care, transportation,�accessibility accommodations, and urgent needs
