      • The BVCA is a membership-based neighborhood 501(c)4 advocacy organization promoting preservation and the enhancement of the quality of life in our neighborhood through advocacy, influence, and promotion of harmony.
  2. Membership - Join us!
      • Vote at General Membership, including electing the board of directors
      • Financial contributions support events like the Three Caves Cool Down, and costs (signs, website, etc.)
        • Household Contribution levels: $15-Basic, $25-Supporting, $50-Sustaining

Infrastructure survey - Why?

    • The purpose of the survey was to identify specific areas needing infrastructure upgrades and gather ideas and suggestions for improvements.
    • "Community infrastructure is a system of facilities, structures, and the environment of a neighborhood that contribute to the quality of life and overall safety and health of a community."
    • "Strong community infrastructure not only improves the physical aesthetic of a neighborhood but impacts the health behavior (such as physical activity), social connection(s)..—tying directly to measurements of quality of life."

  1. Connective infrastructure – structures that help connect the city e.g. roads, bridges, sidewalks, and crossings.
