Leadership Development Program
Program Presentation
Goal
To cultivate and strengthen leadership as a trainable skill by providing participants with hands-on practice, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning. Through real-world challenges and exposure to experienced female leaders, participants will develop the confidence, adaptability, and strategic thinking needed to lead effectively.
Target Audience
Aspiring female leaders in the tech sector who are ready to develop their confidence and skills to take on a leadership role and eager to connect and share experiences with experienced professionals and peers alike.
Developing Leadership through Practical Tools and Peer Learning
Coaching Sessions
Collaborative in-person group sessions focused on acquiring leadership tools. Participants will tackle real leadership challenges, share strategies, and learn new techniques to boost their skills.
Leadership Gym
A collaborative self-led learning space where participants actively engage in sharing experiences and problem-solving together. They strengthen their leadership muscles by tackling real-world challenges, gaining practical insights from peers, and learning through real-time support and feedback.
Inspiring Talks
Online Inspirational talks from accomplished female leaders. These talks provide participants with insights, lessons learned, and motivation to continue developing their leadership skills with real-world examples.

Session #1: Welcome, Getting to Know Each Other, and Leadership Discussion
Introduction to the program, participants, and a foundational discussion on what leadership means.
Session #2: Communication – Active Listening, Clarity, and Alignment
Develop communication skills focused on active listening, clear messaging, and ensuring team alignment.
Session #3: Conflict Management
Explore the skills needed to manage and resolve conflicts effectively within and between teams through crucial conversations.
Session #4: One-On-One Meetings and Feedback
Learn how to conduct effective one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
Session #5: Decision-Making Process and Delegation
Build confidence in decision-making and learn how to delegate tasks to empower your team.
Session #6: Time Management
Understand the transition from operational roles to leadership, and improve your time management skills.
Session #7: Wrap-Up of Program
Reflect on the key takeaways from the program and set future leadership goals.
