Call OIT at 303.239.HELP (4357)�or 877.487.4871, choose�option 1 then option 3
Email OIT at�OIT_ServiceDesk_cdhs@state.co.us or submit a ticket in ServiceHub�
Contact OIT to Reset your Password
Indicate that you need to reset your CDHS Portal Password (only if you can’t reset your own password)
How do I reset my password?
Go to online MyPassword Manager site:�County: https://my-pwd.state.co.us/PMUser/
Use CDHS Portal MyPassword Manager�to reset your CDHS Portal and CDHS Trails Production passwords.

How do I log in?
DO I NEED TO TAKE ACTION? Yes. Don’t wait until you get locked out of your computer. Take action now and paste these links into your browser for County- https://my-pwd.state.co.us/PMUser/ and for State- https://mypw.state.co.us/PMUser/. Then follow the steps to manage your password or set up an account if you have not already done so. You can also reference the Password Self-Service User Guide on the security page on TechU. It will only take a few minutes and then network password management is in your hands. No more calls to the OIT Service Desk!
