• The DE-All distribution list is an alias listserv that is populated by each of the colleges.
• The CCC Chancellor’s Office has designated one alias identifier for every college.
• The college Chief Information System Officer may point their alias identifier to any e-mail address within the college’s domain. The number of people added to the list serve from each college is a local decision.
• All requests to be added to the DE-ALL list should be made to the college CISO and should follow established local procedures.

Item 5.1 Change to Board of Governors Standing Order 409 on Distance Education:

409. Distance Education and Related Technology.

(a) The Chancellor shall develop recommendations to the Board for the governance and development of distance education within the California Community Colleges to support equitable student access and success in a virtual environment and in other distance education contexts. The Chancellor shall maintain processes for regular engagement with community college stakeholders and with leading experts in the field of distance education to inform recommendations related to, among other things, statutory, regulatory, and policy changes, critical system-wide technology investments, and strategic technical assistance frameworks.
