Use OOR wheatbag to smell and feel over body.

EASY POSE
Press palms of hands together (like praying)
Deep breathing – mimic their breathing
Music to use during session:
RESTING POSE
Slow massage to arms and legs to prepare them for being stretched.
STAR POSE
Stretch arms and legs out to the side.
Adapt pose as able for the pupil (i.e. just arms or one arm at a time).
ELEPHANT/VOLCANO POSE
Stretch arms up to the sky.
Both hands/arms together if possible.
SEATED TWIST POSE
Stretch side of body in a twist.
Move one arm across to the other side of the body and vice versa.
ROCK & ROLL POSE
‘Row your boat’ back and for.
Stretch forwards and backwards, hands held with partner.
POPCORN POSE
Tap hands onto knees and then ‘pop’ them up straight into the air.
Together or separately.
DINOSAUR WALK POSE
Use the wheatbag underneath the pupils knee to pull knee to the sky.
Stretches hip – beware of any hip contraindications!
HIP STRETCH POSE
Place one leg over the other i.e. ankle to rest on opposite knee.
Stretches hip – beware of any hip contraindications!
POINTED TOES POSE
Legs straight out in front – one at a time or two together.
Pointed toes if possible.
RESTING POSE
Use massage and the wheatbags all over the body to relax and ‘chill out’ before the end of the session.
