Quick Quiet Reflection (QQR):

(Post-creation) What did you find worked best when trying different prompts? How do you anticipate using this tool in the future?

  1. Did you see the Kent ISD’s The Bulletin blog post about EdTech Cheer (specifically, the AI-generated image)?
  2. Navigate to Bing Image Creator and log in or create a FREE Microsoft account.
  3. Try out different prompts to build a movie poster to hype up an upcoming lesson. (Hint: to see what prompt I used to create my image, visit the blog post!)

Quick Quiet Reflection (QQR):

(After implementation) What did you notice about the different prompts used? How did it affect the image that was generated?

  1. Teachers:
    1. Make sure you have created a Canva for Education account.
    2. Create a class in Canva and add your students to the class.
    3. Give your students an age/content appropriate task prompt.
  2. Students
    • Using Canva’s Magic Design tool, turn your text into a design.
    • Do a whole class gallery walk to see the different designs created around the same topic.
